iPhone 4S Eligibility

As you can see above, unless I want to shell out mega bucks for an iPhone 4S, I must wait until after Dec 1st [which I am interpreting as being able to get one on Dec 2nd] to upgrade my Palm Pre to an iPhone 4S on Sprint.
